The article on Christianity above, written by an antichristian spin doctor of his own, contains the same kidn fo argument as most anti-whatever arguments. Makign oen think by wordign that if oen does nto accept his words, they do nto think freely.
For instance, the Inquesitionb. It ended in 1800. Yet he has the inquesition goign on in 1907.
Thaty, rife with other msirepresentations, leads one to conclude his lack of scholarship coupled with hsi desire to give wordign to show a less than favourable Christianity, gives reason to doubt the article.

"These errors are being daily spread among the faithful. Lest they captivate the faithful's minds and corrupt the purity of their faith, His Holiness, Pius X, by Divine Providence, Pope, has decided that the chief errors should be noted and condemned by the Office of this Holy Roman and Universal Inquisition." "Lamentabili Sane," or "Syllabus Condemning the Errors of the Modernists," Pope Pius X, July 3rd, 1907.

In 1908 Piux X renames the Sacred Congregation of the Universal Inquisition to the Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office. It was renamed again to Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in 1958 by Pope Paul VI. A Cardinal Ratzinger holds that office today. http://www.ratzingerfanclub.com/cdf.html
The Spanish Inquisition may have ended in the 1800s, but the Office of the Inquisition is still open for business. In 1907 it did condemn the Modernist movement, and it did add Modernist books to its list of banned reading.

And now we know where the real lack of scholarship lies...

Very. Our current pope has been both a Hitler Youth and a High Inquisitor. Frightening, no?
