I loved to be able to do that with the sandcastles I've built, *but* I have the feeling I'd be jumping up and down a mighty long time.

I'd offer to help - but on one of them I've been deaded.

I mean destroy as in have a value 100 times what you were aiming for, and have everyone mistified as to why

If it's any help, my physics practicals always go wrong...I can do an experiment to fin "g" with the teacher watching everything I do...and end up with 7.6... I'm not kidding...

Is 100 times a bad thing, what were the degrees of tolerance? I'm a economist we always factor in for uncertainty, sometimes several times.

I know. I've never ever got sun burnt either, yet my sister does easily. She keeps moaning about that at me... Perhaps it's because I wear T-shirt and fleece in the summer when everyone else is practically naked. But then, I wear T-shirt and fleece in the winter when everyone else is practically a fur shop. I never actually worked out what a change in temperature had to do with me.... Joanna - I sent 2 mails yesterday - how many did you get/send?

Sometimes life is so heavy I would prefer g = 5.4

This in itself is not very interesting, but what is more is that when life seems unusually light noone would prefer a bigger gravitation.

I think I'd rather my experiments worked...either that or there's a lot of oil beneath DJCS...
