I hope that this letter finds you well, especially after your attack. Rest assured i have looked into the attacks.
Attached you will find several video recordings of Annat Tyswi. He has threatend me in the past and has visited Kamino disguised as a figure in black, much like the attacker.
I have also included a link to all files on Cobal Th'chi. Experiments, authorised by your predecessor, were done on her that give her a latent teleknetic psychic ability. She still holds a grudge about this, as can be found from the attached video files.
Therefore i recommend that both be found guilty. Annat because of his previous actions on Kamino and Cobal as an aid to these murders.
I am still waiting for details of there locations at the time of the attack from both Knights, but the jedi council has sent no word as of yet.
I would advise that Kamino begin preparations for further terrorist attacks.
