I agree, Icy. I read Rich's entry which went into the UG months ago and this very much reminded me of it. This is what was bothering me from the outset with this entry. It is fantastically written - very very funny ( and totally hits the spot - I have one of those men in situ )

How'ver ... it is not 'factual' as it stands. I read it again - slowly and really, there is no escaping that "They have no emotions", "vaguely related to the human race" and "brains are 2/3 bigger" are hysterically funny, and common 'views', they are not 'scientific fact'. i can't see that it could possibly be accepted into the EG *as it stands*...

Having said that, it *could* conceivably be scouted successfully ( me first) if it were to be preceded with something along the lines of (not necessarily in these words though):

'A popular view of He-Men (or the Macho Man) as seen through the eyes of a misogynistic sub-set of the female population'

Please do work on this, I would love to see it in the EG!
