Rhubarb and Custard, Worzul Gummage are the few that spring to mind, I mean! How good were they?!

Some I would like to forget are Rainbow, Wobbles smiley - wah How bad were they smiley - sadfacesmiley - smiley

There's something really anarchic about Roobarb and Custard isn't there? I don't know if it's the theme tune, or the sort of roughly 'coloured-in' quality. Even Richard Briers's voice-over doesn't temper it! I still have my Roobard and Custard annual, 1976. smiley - smiley

Sho - employed again!

that technique is, apparently, called "boiling" and it annoys the heck out of me usually, but for Roobarb & Custard it seems fitting and I love it.

odd, eh?

Apparantly the rough quallity of R&C came from the animators asking the artist for pictures to work from, he did rough sketches expecting them to tidy it up but they didn't. It has been updated reacently they tried to keep the "boiling" but it look forced now.
