Thankyou, my friend...
You know you are addicted when you know more about the people on H2G2 than on your course.

Love you already, Blue (as a H2G2 friend, of course...)

Naturally, & Sarah & I are still very happy together - and she's visting tomorrow, so I won't be around.
I can't be that addicted if Sarah's more important to me.

Sarah is occasionally on, as The Fish Killer and Eccles.

She isn't really the type, regretably.
She doesn't think that people are themselves on H2G2, and says it's full of liers claiming to be 12 year old girls when they're 60 year old men etc. Like most chat rooms.
And she hasn't read the Book.

Double post eh, Blue?
I have a feeling my better 7/8ths would be equally sceptical. She doesn't like RPGs and can't really see the point of re-enactment either
Not having read the Book, or even Books, could be seen as a minor disadvantage.
As for people not being themselves.....a lot of people are like that IRL. As far as I'm aware (and who cares anyway) I haven't met any 12 year old girls who are really 60 year old men, maybe I don't visit the right chat rooms? I have, however, met a very nice cat (Greebo), a mouse (Anonymouse), and a Dancing Ermine, not to mention your good self.
Enough of this, I'd better post it before the conversation gets too far away from the post I'm responding to. (Don't you just hate it when that happens ).

I certainly do. The most complicated forum I've been in was one of the first book ones, where different people were discussing different books in different parts of the conversation, yet others were trying to discuss all the books at the end, and everyone was replying to everyone. Very confusing.

No, we can't be cured, we're just admitting it and staying with like-minded people. I'm certainly not giving up now I have an approved entry
Key: Complain about this post
