No problems so far here.
regarding the spelling it's Raclette and there are several spellings for Swiss German like Schwyzerdytsch or Schwizerdütsch something like that, nobody really knows 
I have to write about sozio-cultural aspects regarding my working environment and I haven't a clue...

*after a meeting that seemed to reach into the infinty of time and space, a dinner that really wasn't all that and a great deal of effort at opening the door, 1-i finally manages to get back to the cafè*
