h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I was LATE!

*knocks on Sir Santa's armour, who is very busy with his pump*

Look, that door is open, it seems like there is somebody in there, lets have a look...

*finishes the pump, connects the hose for the snowcanon, and we're rollin'!*
*picks up the battleaxe, ready for action. Takes the maidens hand and starts walking towards the door*
Take one of them torches there with you.

*grips torch with one hand the knight's hand with the other and follows*

*as they enter the room a lot of




meet them, in the middle of the room is a table and on the table there is a box rich in ornament and jewels, everything is covered with dust exept a sword which is lies on the box, beside the table is sitting a dog - eyes like a fire staring the entering couple*

Oh, just some s! *sigh*

Ah well, I gues there is something special about this sword and the box, don't you Sir Santa.
And look that......lovely_dog...

Well, maybe he is just like any dog...*taking some dog biscuits out of her pocket*...Would you like some? *throwing one infront of it* Well if you want more, you better go that way...*throwing the rest out into the passage - waits what the dog will do*

*looks like the dog likes the biscuits and it makes him nervous, he wants to eat them all but he has to guard the table, so he starts to manoeuvre towards the biscuits still keeping an eye on the fair maiden and Sir Santa*

*puts some biscuits out, lining the way out into the passage,slowly moving towards the door while she's doing so*

*Meanwhile, starts walking away from the door, towards the table, going around the dog, battleaxe in hand*

*the dog follows the biscuits, still suspiciously*

*puts an especially delicious dog biscuit right infront of the door on the passage side*

*stupid dog walks out of the door, forgetting to look furious and suspicious - no wonder! who have had a time to feed him?! So the room seems to be empty, only flying around*

*quickly slams the door close and locks it*

Alright then Sir Santa what's next?
I hope those s aren't up to anything...

*pulls out to gasmasks from bag, throws on to the maiden*
Here, put this on!
*puts on gasmask, waits for the maiden to do so too, takes out a can of bugspray*
*takes the sword, eyeing the bats. whenever any of them get too close, gives them a good spray in the face*

Thanks! *puts on gasmask*

You better be careful with that sword, there might be something wrong with it...

Hey! Don't you give Hati any funny ideas...
*picks up sword*
*nothing special happens*
Hmm... this sword feels a bit lighter than what's normal. But that could be anything.
*tries it out on some of the bats*
*works nicely...*

Sir santa, do you actually have kind of a plan? You know I just had the feeling that we got a bit lost, lately. We're nowhere near knowing where to look for the princess...

You're right, we're not. I don't have a plan as such, other than to explore this friggin' place, and then I was kinda hopin' we'd just, well, stumble upon the princess, so to speak...

I wonder why they don't check this nice box. Funny ideas...?

*The door behind them disappears, no other door is seen. are flying around furiously. The sword hauls Sir Santa towards the table.*

I thought of checking the box, but then again I didn't trust that sword...

You s start getting a bit annoying, better behave your self or I'll do this...*sprays a bit of that spray in the air just to warn them*
