A Conversation for Talking Point: What Do You Want For Christmas?
OK I'll be the greedy one...

I would like....
a digital camera
and a digital video camera
a Swatch watch
a pair of black leather boots that fit my chubby calves
and a leather coat that doesnt pinch my chubby biceps
a bedside radio that doesnt keep losing its signal
an ultra-sonic toothbrush
laser surgery on my eyes
But I'll be happy just to spend some time with my family, going for walks by the sea, cooking dinner together, seeing friends and relatives I havent seen for ages, going to the Pantomime on Christmas Eve, then midnight mass followed by stilton and port while we phone my sis in Oz

I got boots that fit my chubby calves in Evans - next time you come to the UK, give it a go - I was amazed!

Instead of putting laser eye treatment which is 1. v expensive and 2. yes your right justplain greedy... ask for coloured contacts. They do the same thing (sort of) and cost much less!!!:D

Hmmmm...I already have coloured contacts
They dont help me see first thing in the morning, they still need to be inserted, and taken out at night, and looked after, and I can still feel them there, and having worn contacts for many years I'm advised they are contributing to my "floaters" because of lack of oxygen to the eyeball.....But thanks for the suggestion
I'm old enough and successful enough that money isn't really a major factor. But I am a bit concerned about the risk
Key: Complain about this post
