And since no one has answered my question (other thread) on to where Andronicus has disappeared, can anyone remember the significance of "Don't tell anyone you found a secret door - otherwise it isn't secret any more."? I'm sure there was something about that, but I can't remember what.

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can tell me is there is a digest for the Vampires of the Dark Alley as I when I wake up in the morning I find there are at least 30 or 40 emails from the group.

Sadly it looks as if Andronicus has lost that domain - or is unable to maintain it. I did read the emails about this but I deleted them sometime last week unfortunately.

There has recently been some chatter about the secret door...

You need to go to the actual site and click on the 'daily digest' option in your settings. It got rather busy yesterday what with the blood Ravenblack awarded to everyone.

Have you joined with your Yahoo account or your Activemail one...?!

With the Yahoo one you can change the settings yourself... It should be next to your name in the members section...

If it is your Activemail one, then someone who got the keys to the Yahoo Group will have to do it for you...

Shazz... As we learned it the hard way with the ex-Lders' own Yahoo Group, people who use a TV-email account instead of a web-email one are very limited with what they can do there...

Talking about "daily digest" settings... I might have to do that as well... as soon as I've joined that is...

Kat... Had a quick look... Should be as you used your Yahoo email account...

But somehow as a member you won't see the settings next to your name... Instead, look at the top [well, near the top anyway] and you will see something like "group member [edit membership]"... Click on it and you will be able to change your settings...

I started a new pire under Ottox. Her name is HootooBat (imagine that!). Darn it all I started her too late for the 2000 bp gift though...

Apparently, if there are any secret doors there, they've either moved or are very well hidden.

I've learned a lot by reading the messages there [The COVE]...

And the map has sure helped me a lot... I have efficiently used the Transit thanks to it and must have saved quite a good number of Action Points doing so...

On my way to the Thieves Guild 1...

I find that the daily digest is too much to go through. I get more that one a day as well.

As you have all probably noticed, I ~still~ haven't got round to creating a . With the last one I used up all the aps just tryng to move around and avoid getting bitten by other .

Caer you can set your membership to 'no mail' and just log onto the site to scan through the messages for the things that interest you.

Got my first degree in Thievery

I haven't started robbing yet though as I've ran out of Action Points...

I had to go to another bank to withdraw the 2000 coins needed as the first one was full At least I travelled safely [and swiftly] from the bank to the Thieves Guild without being robbed... Mind you, I didn't give any potential thief the time to even try, as I clicked from one square to another at mega-speed...

To really enjoy the digest, I think you need to be a born lurker...

For those, like me, who can't rely on their connection to let them visit their Yahoo Groups whenever they like/want, the digest is a great facility...

But, I do understand that it is not everyone's cup of tea/blood...
