Hey Dan, I forgot to mention that your Sax player is from the UK (Somerset)
He plays with a No.2 / No.3 reed which gives him good feel and a crisp rasping sound...

It is getting kinda crowded in here, isn't it. Perhaps we can move into the Sidney Opera House.
*attempts an aria from La Boheme, then gives up and starts plucking out Yellow Submarine*

No not really - There could be anything upto 10 people on line with the POSTresearcher nickname - all to do with the newspaper thingy - As you will not know who is answering a post all POSTreseachers should sign off with their real ID's followed by PR (POSTresearcher)
That way you know who your are talking to. I am looking round female POSTresearchers because the team is a bit ManHeavy at the moment and could do with the femtouch - Interested - email me at [email protected] and I'll give you the LowDown
BTW I used to play a mean Clarinet bFlat - I haven't touch it for years.

There's a sign on the wall
But she wants to be sure
'Cause you know sometimes words
Have two meanings
Oh.. And...
I will twine and I'll mingle
My raven-black hair
With the roses so red
And the lilies so fair
The myrtle so green
With an emerald hue

It's very complicated. I thought maybe I could gather rumours. I'm really good at that seeing as most of them are about me and people I know.
BTW:I've e-mailed you vegi.

Hey Vegiboy!
You seem to continue spamming stuff into conversations, trying to get attention for projects of your own that aren't at all related to the subject... Why not just open new conversations in areas that are MEANT for that purpose?
Does anyone abuse YOUR pages for advertising their own? I don't think so! (I'm willing to start doing that, tho )

*pat pat* ... Now, now, Fes... Here at h2g2 a little spam is sometimes necessary to get a map of the place... erm... well.. yeah.. a little.

Well, I think anouncing something new would best be done in areas like "Peck of Peta's Picks" or "Ask H2G2". I'm only curious how others (and in particular the VEG himself) would feel if I (for example) kept invading discussions about completely different subjects with my messages on SETI@home.
To me it seems nothing much like "mapping" but more like making things more complicated. Suddenly a discussion on JAMMING is polluted with long sub-threads on something that holds no relation to it at all.
Personally I believe it's so very "internet" to spam. And it's just that H2G2 appeared to me to be a somewhat more "mature" sub-system of the sometimes utterly annoying internet
Do these thoughts make any sense?

I have returned! And as I read these posts, only one song comes to my mind. You're all groaning, I know, but:
Spam, spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam, spam spam, spam,
And I know it won't work the same afterwards, but I've noticed that today being halloween, all the smilies and such have been replaced with Menz@@se creations, so I just gotta:
Key: Complain about this post
