A Conversation for Dead Bands - Where are they now?

Actually....

I have two, off the top of my head.

The first is The Godz, who were on radio locally (and I did hear it once on a not-quite-so-local station), but I don't know how far their popularity actually spread. They made two albums -- 'The Godz' and 'The Godz II'. (Creative names, eh? Don't remember off hand if there were any subtitles.) Their biggest hit was also their first single, "The Godz, Rock and Roll Machines" (smiley - musicalnote The godz are rock and roll machines smiley - musicalnote) With creativity like that, it's probably no wonder they're a dead band. smiley - winkeye

I would be interested to hear if anyone else has ever heard of them. For all I know, they could have changed their name and their style and went on to become famous new-age musicians. smiley - winkeye

The second is Full Moon, who died due to apathy (of the band members). smiley - sadface They were good, but never made it beyond "bar band" status.
