So, where did she get this bodiy aperture from? And was it not creepy to see her carrying a body onto the stage?
I reckon DD should think about being a lion next year, and, on a different note entirely, when your married, will the missus be Fashion Drawer?

Didn't miss it at all! I just think that a real life bird stood in front of us waiting to perform is a better bet than a tv show!
Here you go, love! Your very own table tennis ball!

Fair enough Livzy.
*wonders whether DDGDB will take Livzy up on the offer. has another while waiting*

SPINY (aka Ship's Cook) Posted Jan 9, 2001
Impressive! Two rounds in and it's already going bawdily wrong.
I'll continue being Mr Sensible, as it's the only way I'll get through the year. Another half pint lager shandy please. I'll try not to spill this one on my Hush Puppies.
My goodness! what IS that young woman up to now?

Sorry to interrupt the drinking, but don't forget the lunar eclipse in about an hour's time (1930). They say it'll go blood red. It was usually regarded as a portent of disaster. What a jok..ohmigodnononoaaargh
"Anyone want this half pint lager shandy?"

Dr E Vibenstein (You know it is, it really is.) Posted Jan 9, 2001
Don't worry, I'll look after them. Where's Spiny gone? He's left his shandy on the table.

I lost my marbles a long time ago. I have a bag of brussel sprouts if they do.

SPINY (aka Ship's Cook) Posted Jan 9, 2001
Phew! Nearly spilled my shandy in all the excitement. Yes, the moon went red. Even in the middle of Edinburgh, I could see it was red. And it's the only time I've seen it convincingly looking like a sphere instead of the usual flat disc.
Well, that's enough astronomy for one night, unless anyone wants to help me make a model of the solar system using ping pong balls, sprouts and marbles?

So Long and Thanks for all the Fish(Deceased) Posted Jan 9, 2001
*runs back in panting* Well that was a bloody dassapointment, the moon just had a sliver of light left then we got half an hour of cloud, the first time I saw the damn rock it was half full again, bloody english weather
erm I'll wait for DDGDB to do her stuff first I think

It was too cloudy - but the sound effects made it more dramatic

Yep, Edinburgh (or just the other side of the Forth) was definately THE place to be tonight.
Clear skies, little extraneous light, the moon a lovely red, ah, bliss!
Right another round of then. This patrich Moore stuff has given me a thirst. Oh, hold on a mo, come to think of it, anything gives me a thirst
