Oh, the last week we had some flooding, a tornado, the usual But it seems to be fine now - I crossed the Solent at 7:30 tonight and it was pretty calm.

Well, I hope it stays that way. The forecast for tomorrow is decidedly ominous.

And we only just got the office cleaned up from last week. I just hope its not under 3ft of water on Monday.

Not too bad and at least the photos of me in fancy dress won't be as embarassing as some peoples. A plethora of short skirts, there were, some of them worn by lasses.

I'm not sure of the details - Amy The Ant knows more about it. But I believe that it's going to be a visual spectacular featuring h2g2 characters in improbable outfits. It isn't anywhere yet - it's still being worked on.

how's things? is the weather still that kind of, er, dangerous round your place?

The rain has indeed reached Yorkshire. We're expecting 50mm overnight. I hear the Isle of Wight has already been badly affected. How much rain would it take to sink the island BB?

Baggy is not referring to the h2g2 fashion show. He is not, on this occasion, one of my guest models but I will certainly bear him in mind for future events. I can only assume that he has been wearing a mini skirt in RL for reasons of his own. Sounds like a dangerous thing to do in Leeds IMHO - it could easily be detrimental to the health. Tell us more Baggy.

Returning to the fashion show for a moment. It starts on Tuesday at Lil's Atelier. I will post the address for the thread once it is up and running. Everyone is welcome.
