As for the fireworks in Bradford - well, I've actually stayed in tonight. I've heard a few distant explosions, but not that many.

No, I'm from the Isle of Wight, so I can only support Newport (IW, not Wales) - they're doing brilliantly - always at the top of the Dr Martin's league - nothing like going to St George's Park and seeing them play. And they are actually all *from* Newport. Not like these teams like Chelsea etc. Why do they bother calling them Man Utd or Chelsea? Why not re-name them "A Football club with players from all over the world so there's no point in pretending they're your local team 'cos they're all from the other side of the planet"? I don't agree with teams that have any players in from outside the city/area which they are named after. It spoils it all, and means any club can win if they buy enough good players from outside, and takes away the sense of local achievement.

All too commercialised.

I have heard of Newport I.O.W. FC! When I was living in London and going to watch Leyton Orient, I always hoped that Newport would get through the qualifying rounds to the FA Cup and that Orient would be drawn away to them. It would have been a fantastic away trip to go on!
Ah well.
