He spoke to me a while ago but he's not been back since...
*looks suspicious*
I wonder if there could be a connection
I think he meant that we've kinda trashed the conversation rather than mocked each other... unless you weren't and "mean za" wasn't intended as a pun...
*grins*
It's so snowy outside, isn't it great
*hands round Fruit Pastilles*
Have a great New Year everyone

(Derisively handsome stranger enters the bar)
Gosh, it's been a while, but this place seems familiar. I remember quaffing a few free pints while the landlord was asleep. Remember the barmaid well too...

*stranger remembers why he liked this place the first time. Hops over the bar, pulls a stool up next to the Adnams pump and grabs a glass*
"If anybody shows up, we'll have a great time!"

Menza won't mind...probably...
*takes *
Thank you
*notices his hand in till*
Oy!
*waves fairy wand*
Not that it really matters as all the drinks are free anyway so there won't be any takings...

I'm taken aback!! You jumpers-to-conclusions, you!
I was trying to pay for the round, of course...
See, I started this conversation in way of introducing myself, but no-one was around. I think I'm temporally asynchronous with respect to you folks, and when I came back everyone was talking about Britney.
And you know the old saying...

Tinkerbell *tumbleweed* Posted Jan 12, 2001
*grins*
Well as I was the other half of the conversation I'd assume Britney Spears...which reminds me she has a new album out soon

I can understand 'decidedly handsome' or even 'decisively handsome' but what does 'derisively handsome' mean if ya see what I'm 'deriving' at..
*Go on Tink ask him.*

Well, johnw, "decidely" or "decisively" could be construed as either arrogant, or just plain wrong, or even both!
(but only by those who don't know me personally, of course...)
"Derisively" was decidely the best word, and I say that decisively.
Now, what about getting the inside of me around the outside of some ?
Anyone care to join me?

And about my space looking deserted... well I've even tried to spruce it up a bit. Picture on the wall, even.
