You're a star, Tinkerbell!
Have you dried out from the thunderstorm yet?

Just It would have been fun if I'd been actually walking in it as 'walking' in the rain is fun but I was only walking home so it was just cold and windy...and scary, do not appreciate lightning directly above me when walking in woods

I see I missed Demon Drawer, oh well. A refreshing beverage, if you please, bartender. Have you noticed that although cows lie down in the rain, they tend to stand under trees in thunderstorms? You'd think Darwin would have something to say about that.

That's because cows are eveil, sadistic and horrid and can not be trusted under any circumstances. What you can't see is that they have actually attached small polystyrene blocks to their hooves. The idea is that they lure people into thinking it's safe to stand under the trees as the 'stupid' cows are doing it but then the only tree left will be the one with a lightning conductor attached to the top. After they've systematically got rid of half the population then they'll be able to take over the world...
*looks embarrased*
errr... so Bagpuss you want a drink? What would you like?
*pours herself a while she waits*

Now then, lad. Things are fine, though I'll have to leave this pub in a bit to go to one in RL. *Sigh* A stop-motion cloth cat's work is never done.
