well, actually conchigli with a mushroom, tomato and red wine sauce, topped with cheese served with a garlic and rosemary bread and red wine

Tonight for dinner are what you may consider a curious mixture of snacks
an apple and some cheese
some char siu buns (delicious chinese steamed buns filled with char siu sauce)
and some pistachios

Today for lunch, (home made) leek and potato soup with (very fresh) brown bread rolls
For dinner, turkey strips in a soy sauce, ginger and honey marinade, cooked very very hot and quick with lettuce and spring onion (I don't care for cucumber) in mandarin pancakes (home made too)
followed by nectarines
