Well, I had some chocolate cake at work today and I'm now paying the price heavily (doesn't agree with my dodgy guts)

It's lie the other week my diet was completely ruined by this restaurant which served chocolate fondue... see as I was dipping fruit into it I@m sure it evened out, and as the chocolate was hot, the molecules were lighter and smaller or somethig like that so the calories evaporated...
