Yes you can drink beer and still lose weight.
CARB-CUTTERS
Did you know that there is this wondrous little pill (or rather pills; you take more than one) that comes in a blue bottle. I do not konw if they are to be found in Europe but here in the States we have them. They are called Carb-cutters. They are fairly expensive but coming down in price. They allow you to eat some starches and still lose weight. You can have, if you take them, beer, breads, potatoes, and Ice cream among other things. Some things like cinnamon buns they do not seeem to work on because of the magnitude of sugar in them. But I do not recommend usage of it everyday. That would restult in weight plateauage or of weight gain if not careful.

IM DOING THIS DIET WHICH IS WORKING SO FAR BUT IM FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET FOOD ITEMS IN ENGLAND AS SUGGESTED IN THE DIET BOOK SO AT THE MOMENT ITS BACON AND EGGS FOR BREAKFAST ,HAM CHEESE SMALL SALAD FOR LUNCH,AND FOR TEA SOME KIND OF POULTRY WITH A LOW CARB VEG SUCH AS BROCCOLI AND A DRIZZLE OF GRAVY FOR DESSERT I HAVE SUGAR FREE JELLY AND CREAM OR FOR A TREAT I HAVE STRAWBERRIES,ALCHOL IS MY DOWNFALL,ANY TIPS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, THANKYOU
