A Conversation for Universal Laws of Life

I already wrote an entry about this but it seems to fit here under the title of Universal Laws perfectly so let's write it one more time. You know, it's unbelievable how people (especially those owning & driving cars) never prepare themselves for the coming of the snow in winter, though it does (mostly) happen every year. Then when the snow comes - usually a month or two too late so that people really have had time to change tires and all but no - they are driving just like in summer and wondering what that white stuff all around is and being annoying and causing troubles (what's that word for "crowd" on the road and with the cars?) in the traffic... And those people in radio are warning about "very bad weather conditions" when it's just snow!! In winter!! Is it really that surprising year after year??
