By the way, since I forgot to mention it earlier, dandilion wine -is- pretty good (as opposed to the brew), watermelon wine is better, and rhubarh wine is delectable. Surprisingly, despite the flavour of the fruit(?) itself, rhubarb wine made properly is sweet and thick, and tastes almost like brandy/syrup.

Dandelion wine:
A friend of mine decided that he wanted to make a cask of it, and he sendt out the neighborhood kids to pick dandelions an masse
Then he discovered that you shall only use the yellow part of the flowers (reading the recepe somewhat late). He then figured he needed _so_ much more flowers and the field was picked clean, so he used the whole flower....
It ended up as what we call "Chateu d'Chaos" - There are many strange chemicals in the dandelion, do not try this at home!
I didn't drink it so I'm the only one who recall that night!
