Is this really the 200th edition of the CAC Continuum?
A definite milestone and definitely a mild stone!
I am of course reminded of '200 Motels' (a Frank Zappa movie that should never be viewed in its entirety in any fewer than five sittings especially on drugs) and '200 Cigarettes' another film I've never seen.
But most auspiciously it arrives on the very same Thursday as the 200th episode of Stargate SG1, a television event I am keenly anticipating as it reportedly is much in the same vein and aspouses the same philosophical approaches as the Committee for Alien Content has long endorsed and promoted.
Congrats to all who have sailed here-in and especially Trin for getting it togeth... no, for keeping it together.
All together now!
Yay CAC!
Yay Trin!

For the record and because no one seems to be lurking here let me report that I did see the 200th episode of SG1 and was more or less disappointed in that same way that life and CAC have of disappointing one when expectations and ambitions get beyond realistic goals.
Like life and CAC it tried very hard to be funny and quirky and poignant and informative in a self-effacing way all at the same time and like life and CAC it made some important points, offered a few laughs, caused a few groans and left me unfulfilled in a way that sets me afire to further the great quest. Oh, that's a good thing.
And just so I won't ever change my mind and can be delighted to see it again some time in some imagined future, I taped over it already.
