Has anyone mentioned "bladdered"?
BTW, my understanding is that it should be "under the alfluence of incohol", just swapping the initial syllable of each word around.

We also have "Honest Mr. Budwieser (insert fav beer name here) I only had 1 ossifer tonight. Besides, I got all sober to sunday up! Let go out and get Tee martoonies. I can out drink you ANy day of the week. And Sun on Twicedays." BTW DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS IN FRONT OF A REAL COP! I know from personal experiance that they do not like the humor.

One from the wonderful world of Blairgowrie/Alyth in Scotland: "peeved". There's also "Out of his/her heed" (can you tell where I'm living?) and "steaming". A friend of mine managed to fall out of her window and crack her back (although thankfully not badly) whilst testing out how far this last one could be taken!
