Since my memory of Lincolnshire-based names is slight and the only map I have to hand is of the Co. Dublin area:
Stepaside:- A large puddle found in a bus stop pulling-in area, which results in a tidal wave when (or should that be if?) the bus turns up.
Sandymount:- A type of donkey specifically bred for riding along the beach.
Howth:- Device for watering grath.
Dalkey:- An aloofness due solely to wealth. "That Flattely fellah is all a'Dalkey these days".
Tallaght:- The early morning coughing fit of a heavy smoker
Balinteer:- One whose job it was to make artifacts of Whale bone. (Archaic)
Clonsilla:- The small line of skin underneath a mans nose where no moustache hair grows.
