I used to be a taxi driver in the suburbs. People asked me "You must have a good memory to remember all the streets?" and I would reply "No, in fact a good memory is a handicap to being a taxi driver, 'couse every one at some time does the wrong thing and you'ed for ever be reminded 'thats the bloke that done so and so' and you'ed leave him there thus make less money". The world needs people to have less than perfect memories and a bit of dislexia plus a measure of spoonerism or we'd forget low to haugh.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
