'There's a sign on the wall, but she wants to be sure, 'cause you know sometimes words have two meanings'
Now if that's not a nice easy one (consistently in the top ten of all-time favourite tracks!) to start this forum, I don't know what is!

*laughs hysterically*
Just last night I was listening to that, wondering, "Is there -any- lines in that that would last on the Name That Tune thread more than 10 seconds?
That, of course, is Stairway to Heaven... Led Zepplin!
"If there's a hustle in your hedgerow,
Don't be alarmed now,
It's just a spring clean for the May Queen."
*walks away humming*

We have a winner! *rapturous applause*
That's, erm... 20 (?) points to 'nony.
If only someone will solve the music trivia question now. Only two weeks to the end of the month, and the October prize-giving ceremony.....!

I've been stretching my mouth to let those big words come right out.
(Noticed we were lacking a lyric in this forum!)

Nony, why do you always do this to me?!
And TM - well, you would say that wouldn't you!!!
As usual, I'll throw in another lyric to hide behind (cos I just heard it on TOTP2, for the first time in ages!)
'I watch the birds fly south across the autumn sky, and one by one they disappear. I wish that I was flying with them, now you're now here'.
No Nathaniel, no!

I've been following this thread for a while and have got NONE of them - until now...

"You give me just a taste so i want more,
Now my hands are bleeding and my knees are raw,
Now you've got me crawling, crawling on the floor"

Excellent Frizzy! That must be one of the quickest answers yet! Now just nip over to Music Trivia (link in 'What's That Song Called' page), and wipe the floor with 'em!!
As for your lyric, I know it, think it's from something I like, but can only remember the tune to the last four words, and consequently can't get it. It's gonna drive me mad until I get it... *starts bashing head against wall...*

I fell in love with you

Oh rats... I keep thinking of that Meatloaf song with similar lyrics so I can't follow it.
*bangs head against desk* I'll be back in a mo...

What's the etiquette about clues? Do you want one now or shall I leave you to it?

Speak for yourself My head hurts...
I'm listening to the track now to try and get it out of my head. For info it's the chorus of 'Objects in the rear view mirror'
