Hi, cloughie,
I just got back from your page. It's always so nice to hear from people in your own time-zone. What would you like to drink? I think we're due for a new brew.

I usually just drink beer. Maybe I'll have a Moosehead, that is actually my all time favorite. Are you from Canada?

coelacanth Posted Apr 9, 2000
*Coelacanth enters ballroom wearing shimmering blue fish scale dress which drapes along the floor to hide a tail. Everyone seems to be standing around the edge of the room waiting for the band to start.*
Hello there everyone! Sorry it took so long for me to get dresseed up, but fins and time zones can make it a bit difficult.
Is the band here? Take your partner for the first dance. It's a tango I think.

I don't see many folks dancing, some of us got a little tipsy while you were away. I would dance but I have no partner. Oh heck, I'll dance with myself!

Coely, you look positively radiant.

Oh, I almost forgot, Coely, I found out that h2g2 will celebrate it's first birthday on April 28th. I think we should keep the rooms here, until the end of the month. What do you think?

alicat (Patron Saint of Good Taste) Posted Apr 9, 2000
I think it's too dark in here for anyone to notice that little stain. Why don't we have another drink?

WOW! Mari- rae!
Everyone looks stunning! Love the leather Gwennie.
Where have all the blokes gone?
A stay here until April 28th sounds an excellent idea. I haven't even been to Marineland yet and there's loads of rooms in the hotel too. Perhaps we might do a day's outing in a coach with hampers of food as well?

LOL Perfect, Bear.
Your dance card is going to be full, you're the only gent here. Unless Garibaldi is still here. What will you have to drink? I'm into the Alabama Slammers.
Coely, we can rent a double decker bus for a tour around the Falls. (They get them from England) That's a wonderful idea.
I'll bet monsy will pack one of her special baskets, too.
Oh, this is soooo much fun.

coelacanth Posted Apr 9, 2000
Greetings BB! Nice outfit. You need a password to order a drink.
A double decker bus will make me feel at home. Are they red like London ones? Can I sit on the top deck at the front. What a brilliant idea.

Phil Posted Apr 9, 2000
As long as it's not an open topper with all that water around.
Phil heads to the bar, now what was that password again and do you do any nice english ales?
Phil is noticed wearing a pair of pale trousers, white shirt, waistcoat with matching bow tie and an nice english cut double breasted blazer.
