I think I've got everything right. It's tough, cuz there isn't too much info around on him. But unless I actually do start sifting through obituaries on microfilm, this is the entry as it stands.
It's part of, btw, a uni project on the New Yorker magazine, hence the focus.
Oh, and also, I know I've been a bit too generous in quoting his 'Theory and Practice of Editing the NewYorker'; I inculded what I thought were the best parts, and I leave it to everyone else to tell me what are the best of the best.
