This looks interesting. But remember, since this is the Guide for the whole world, it shouldn't assume that the reader is from the UK. Can you reword it slightly so that it reads well for readers in other countries?
You should also remove the reference to yourself at the end, as that sort of thing isn't allowed in the Edited Guide.

Surely, visitors from all over the world might like to come and visit this wonderful celebration. I haven't assumed that they are from the UK. That is where the celebration is.
I haven't checked out:

Perhaps I should?
What the reference about custard? Everyone likes custard.

Interesting entry.
I live in an 'apple-dominated' region, and we have all sorts of apple-related things and advice here, but I haven't heard of an Apple Day yet.

Can you please put at the start of your lists (before the first
and put at the end of the list (after the last
? It will improve the look of the lists, and is the standard.
The changes you've made look good, Mrs Apple.

I don't know how you can write an Entry about 'Apple Day' without mentioning Autumn i.e the reaon Apple Day is in October is that this is when apples are harvested - in the Autumn.
As well a being able to taste a wide variety of apples at such events, there is usually a wide range of apple-themed activities ranging from from apple picking, pressing, longest peel competitions, apple olympics and apple bobbing (trying to pick a floating apple from a barrel of water whilst ones hands are tied behind one's back.)
Probably a mention of cider?

I'm having more difficulty adding Lil's A12745785 than doing the UL's.
They do make good effect, thank you Gnomon

You do it like this:
The annual national celebration of apples, orchards and local...
and that's it.

Hi Mrs Apple. I like it, but it seems a little more lightweight thank I would ideally like. Is there any more information you can add? It's not a big deal, but more would be good if there is any!
Also: wildlife is one word, I believe.

Perhaps worth mentioning that (I think) Apple day came about because so many ancient orchards were being dug up and put under other crops due to Common Market Subsidies that breeds of apples were becominmg extinct, and instead tasteless pap was becoming the norm (Personal bias there) with types like Golden Delicious, being the dominant apple.
Orchards are currently enjoying a resurgance due to the popularity of cider and the call for organic fruit. Virtually the entire Irish apple crop is made into Magners Cider, they also buy most of Northern Ireland's crop as well.

Thank you for the information. I am actually thinking about visiting an "Apple Day" in my local area, which means that after the visit I will be able to give you a 'real experience' scenario of an apple day.
Any suggestions on how I can do the website link to 'Common Ground' please?

This is looking extremely good
I have kept a note on my notepad with reference to doing the links so I won't have to ask you again. Thank you, G.

Hi Mrs Apple,
Nice to see these topical seasonal events being promoted.
Do you think you could try fleshing out your article a bit more - it's a bit list heavy at the moment (for my taste anyway). How about explaining a bit about why apples are important in the UK and what "Apple Day" events hope to achieve other than a good day out.
I went to an Apple Day at the RHS Harlow Carr gardens in Harrogate a couple of years ago. They had dozens if not hundreds of kinds of apple on display, an apple related quiz, an identification service and a variety of stalls. Every Apple Day event will be different but they all serve to increase awareness of the variety of apple types grown in the UK.
I think going to an event yourself would be a great way for you to get another perspective on the topic - as well as enjoying the event and tasting a few apples or
