B, I'm working right through until 2 January, then hopping on a plane to the Gambia for a fortnight. Seeing as a lot of my team will have no value but many will have loads, would you mind if I sorted out my replacements when I get back? I don't mind losing a couple of weeks worth of points.

Let me know what I need to do around mid January. I'm only really online at the moment to stop the backlog of conversations from building up too much, so I don't really have time to sort out things like this. If that means I have gaping holes in my team for a few weeks, I'll just have to live with that
