You can blame VV and Natalie for putting the idea into my head.

Looks interesting
First off, you should get rid of those brackets in the title, and put tags on the insides of the list items (...</LI> so that they work properly on different browsers.
And here are the nitpicks:
"Ray Sawyer, Bill Francis and George Cummings were all orginally" --> originally
"who flew from Calfornia to New Jersey" --> California
"He was last known to have been working on a solo cd" --> CD
"The commercial songs were their greatest hits, unfortunately they were to become a safety net."

Oops - I've caused more trouble with the lists - I got the rules mixed up
If you don't have or tags around the list, then the tags should go outside the tags.

This is a nicely written Entry on a band I had the pleasure of having a few LPs of.
I always wondered if they were the inspiration for the Muppets band of Dr Teeth and the Electric Mayhem?

Unfortunately, no - I was only 9 when they toured Oz in 1985. At least I don't think I went along with my parents. I may have been stoned and missed it...

It's my fault is it?!
Great stuff - lots of info here!
A bit of pedantry from me:
The band names and club/venue names don't need to be in quotation marks.
mid 60s --> mid-1960s
19 year old --> 19-year-old
'Peter Pan' --> Peter Pan
disc jockey's --> disc jockeys
bands overseas sales --> band's overseas sales
legal advise --> legal advice
I wonder if Lil has ever seen the band live...met them in person, even?

Only once or five times
I must admit, Rik has the softest lips!
What?.. Blame Ray, he asked the bouncer to lift me up to the window of the coach!.. I 'd them all!
Oh.. Okay, I've made those changes!!

It's been on continuous loop in my brain since this went into PR!
As a result, I was actually going to offer the Scouts a £4425245 cash bribe to be poised on standby for when this has been in PR for seven days. But someone told me it was against BBC Guidelines. Pah! Petty-minded bureaucracy!
Great Entry though!
'I was sitting all alone, watching people...' what?!

aww shucks!
Can't you sing Carry Me Carrie, instead
"2nd Street and Broadway, sittin' in a doorway. Head held in his hands.. "

Hmmm, I could be wrong here Lil, I'm getting the feeling that Natalie likes this, at least a little bit anyway!!
Tis a good read though, again heard of Dr.Hook, even like some of there music but knew little about the band or it's history.
