I just exercised... only 20 mins on the exercise bike though might do some sit ups and press ups and weights I recon I put on a few pounds from the meet

I think I'll have stir fry pork and been sprouts tonight, with celery and mushrooms, and sweet and sour sauce, with egg fried rice with peas
