ARRRRRRRrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhh!
I -hate- that sectioning crap!
And they really destroyed your page.

Any comment by me would probably breach several of the site's rules.
However, I am thinking of asking the relevent SubEd for permission to link to it from the Clinic as an example of how sectioning is not always appropriate & can be used to destroy the flow of an entry.

Not only that, but have you tried viewing it as a single page? I think Sam got the and tags reversed, and I told him so on his personal page.

Yes I saw your comments on Sams page & the approved entry as well - thanks for the support.
As I said in Sams forum the SUBHEADERs are inserted automatically by the SECTION tag.
As such a fervent supporter() of the SECTION tag I know you'll be shocked by the contents of this paragraph that I just added to the Clinic page for the SECTION tag ( http://www.h2g2.com/A252505 )
"As of February 7, 2000 Approved Guide Entries will not be SECTIONed - so if you're going to submit an Entry for approval don't bother using the SECTION tag in the page. Existing Approved Entries that are SECTIONed will be modified to remove the SECTIONs in due course." - based on some info just in from h2g2 Towers.

WOOHOO!!!
If I had to vote, I would have to say that was h2g2's -worst- idea since I've been here.

So the Birds page may have the additional distinction of being the last approved entry to be SECTIONED - sometimes you just have to grab whatever kudos you can

Great fun though... now I am off for a quick lie-down!

This is my personal favorite, because it hospitalized my roommate for a week. I hadn't realized it was ever submitted!

By the way, did you notice that Douglas Adams got his own float, after all? I don't even know how it got there!

Yes I saw it - nude DNA movie
I think the PTB hacked your page to add it

Sorry I never got the DNA page I promised you finished - real life work got the better of me

Hiya
The 5th(at the back) is some English bloke, an author of some reasonably well known books on hitchhiking, I believe

Just thought I'd let you know that mozilla 2000111404 is as nauseating as IE apparently.
It not only shows your *ahem* page, but also some of the other 'gadgets' marked up as 'IE only'... like the dancing link colour and the disappearing underline stuff.
