Before becoming the king Minos asked Poseidon -a greek god for a sign that he and not his brother would get the throne, The god agreed to send a white bull on the condition that it would be sacrificed back to gods, but Minos sacrificed another bull hoping to keep the unmatched beautiful bull, but the gods became angry and pasiphae the wife of Minos overcame wiyj a madness falling in love with the bull
