This could be down to the discovery that there's a fixed page width in Goo that is slightly smaller than the one we have in the other skins. We've put in a request for this to be looked at.

That's it I think. The para now reads "After a bit of a break, we conclude mammoth collection of entries on computers in science fiction with fi more entries, including a look at S Novels and Short Stories..." in goo.
Half of Dr Who is missing too.

Waz, check your font size in your browser; if you're using IE, and have it set larger than "Medium" it can screw up the front page.
I use a custom stylesheet in "Plain", and the front page text is the only thing on site that fails to use the specified styles, apparently using the browser default font instead.

Hi Peet, it's on 'smaller' and the page is fine in brunel. I changed it just to see the whole of Dr Who
