h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

okay... so, in reading this challenge page, i noticed the reference to there only being 2 states not having entries in the guide... edited entries i find out... as both New Hampshire and Oklahoma do have entries.

New Hampshire has these 5 entries on the first page of my search:

some are pretty good, too. i propose that the challenge be, for New Hampshire, that you ask someone to write on New Hampshire using most of these pages... linking to them. Actually, there are quite a few other entries on aspects of New Hampshire that could be linked in, too. It could be a veritable link-a-dotted page!!! The person really wouldn't have to do much writing... just a few verbs, some conjunctions and a few well-placed articles and pronouns, interspersed between the links, would probably do the trick!

now... as for Oklahoma... ...judging heh from what i found on heh heh the first page of my search...

maybe the ennui speaks for itself. just kidding. but it is funny. i think A762121 would be a good one for the seed or mood piece of the entry... it could be treated as an orphan piece, right? ...and Oklahoma actually has tons of entries on various aspects of Oklahoma too... like i saw one on the highway. no ...seriously folks i really think this one is as doable as New Hampshire really! Why... it might even turn out better than the New Hampshire entry!

Hi Fluffykerfuffle, Thanks for pointing this out. That first entry up there is actually in the EGWW, and therefore, technically at least, is being worked on for eventual inclusion in the Guide. Of course, there has been no input from the author for a rather long while (a year). I have bumped up the thread to see what is happening. i bet New Hampshire would be grabbed up soon if a challenge was put out on it... what with the presidential elections coming up in november.... and New Hampshire figuring so much in them in the past....
