Yeah, you need a bit of football knowledge too I'm afraid! Sepp Blatter is the head of FIFA, the main worldwide football federation. He's been in the news a bit lately and there are lots of controversies around him.

FIFA cropped up in some emails and newspaper headlines, but I didn't read the text of any of them. I thought FIFA might be a government tax or retirement system. Guess I was wrong...
