It's an XBox Live arcade game from late last year. The game is a very, very cute puzzler, with Ilo and Milo starting out separated and you have to get them back together. Do a quick search on Facebook (they have a page there) when you get the chance. The music sounds like a primary school orchestra.
I looked forward to the game for several months and I wasn't disappointed.
