Sounds good to me 
MMF, Sleety is just very direct in expressing how she feels. It can feel full on if you're not used to it, but IME it's just her way, it's not a condemnation of you or your desire to do something creative.
So keep it up

That's very true. caused me all manner of problems from a young age...and still does in 2011 on h2g2..(note to self..you still haven't learned how to be ladylike).
