Easy-Peasy Pud
This recipe can be prepared very quickly and your friends will be impressed!
Ingredients
- 1 large, jammy Swiss roll
- 1 large can pineapple slices
- 1 packet chopped mixed nuts
- 1 can squirty cream
Method
- Slice swiss roll.
- Place slices of pineapple in between slices of cake.
- Squirt cream in arches over cake slices and on the ends.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over cream.
If you have a guest with a nut allergy, you could always put their portion in a dish first or use grated chocolate instead of nuts1. Another alternative is to put Swiss roll slices into individual dishes, use two pear halves to each dish and top with cream and chocolate or nuts.
