Why isn't Section 31 mentioned under the organizations page? It's technically independent of Starfleet. BTW has anyone compiled a fact file on section 31? If not I might go for it.

I'll start on it right away 
. I was thinking, when it comes to Star Trek, covert organizations are rather my specialty, perhaps I could do a series of fact files for Starfleet Academy covering all the major intelligence agencies in the Trek World?

I very glad to see some is writing on Section 31. I found that they played a very big role in the goings on at the end of DS9. Well thats all I wanted to say.
