It sounds like something you really enjoy. I'm glad you found it, but something must not be coming across quite right (either that, or its me [probably me]).

I will admit a bias similar to your former dislike for 'realty' shows. I don't have any use for them at all. But, this sounds more like a pseudo-variety show, or chat show. I might like either better than one of those island or big-brother shows.

3:20 - 11:15 is not even 4 full hours! Why would they have so much trouble staying awake?
Why do they concentrate on doing things disgusting, is that the limit of their talent?
Most call-in, text-in shows don't have a problem with material. The audience tends to fill up time.

Oh well, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Nice job describing it.

Well.. it's in the middle of the night/early morning.. And anyways, when you are watching it you are yourself very tired so maybe it seems like they are as well because the humour gets dragged down to the level where the thing that really keeps the whole thing going is the ammount of sugar they eat.

"Why do they concentrate on doing things disgusting, is that the limit of their talent?"
I guess that's what the audience wants to see *shrug* I don't know really, but that's what they end up doing anyway. And they don't have any material to begin with, no script, no ideas, no nothing...

Thank you so much for your comment ^.^ *feels all happy inside* meep I'm such a dork *lol*

LOL

I guess that it would be late for some. It seems easy enough for college kids, though. There's one in my house that is up to 6:30am many nights, and probably wouldn't go to bed if not chased.

My first real job had me working hours from 12:15p-8:30p, from 6:00p-1:15p, and from 7:00a-2:45p (others to, but just variations on the theme). I never knew from month to month what time of day I would be calling nighttime, or what days off I would be calling the weekend.

I'm in a 8a-5p sort of job, now; and I'm not sure that the regularity is any better.

I was kind of hoping that there might have been more there, with Mess tv, that I was missing. And I, too, shrug at what sometimes passes for entertainment. Still, if it's funny, I'm glad you're enjoying it.

AM I missing something here? Thats nearly 8 hours on my clock.

And your first sentence should be 'may or may not' NOT might or might not.

I'm not so sure what to say about the article in general though . . .

Uh, yes. Much more than four hours, just a bit less than 8. I feel that my fingers were getting dyslexic. I've got to hit preview more often and proofread my stuff when I'm tired.

Good luck with the messaging thing!smiley - ok

Hi Twissie smiley - smiley

This sounds like an interesting show and as such is certainly what they like to see in the Guide, but in its current format it's not quite suitable yet.

You might like to have a look at the Writing-Guidelines for some suggestions to start with. You will need to remove all of the first-person references, so a little re-wording will be in order. For instance you could say that "viewing this programme is potentially addictive" instead of saying "I'm addicted to this show".

Good Luck with it smiley - ok
