Difference between Scrollamount and Scrolldelay.

Just a small note about the difference, as they are separate functions.
Scrollamount is the number of pixels the subject jumps after each basic unit of time.
Scrolldelay defines this basic unit of time(in milliseconds I believe).
Making them very large (more pixels than the pagesize and a few seconds) can result in a blinking subject (See my space).
