The industrial museum, which is the best museum in Derby, and currently hosting an exibition dedicated to childhood in Derbyshire, which I haven't seen yet. Then the gaol, which I'llhave to check is open. All the other museums in Derby are shxt.

Excellent. Where are they? I've been meaning to find the gaol ever since my mum saw it on one of those ghost programmes... smiley - smiley

The Industrial musuem is on the junction between Iron Gate and Bold Lane, by the river- next to the Old Silk Mill pub. The gaol is on the left hand side of Friargate, quite near PIckford's House. It's hard to stop because it's actually the cellar of one of the building on Friargate, that's the only bit of it that still exists. I must 'phone and check they're open though.

Pickford's House is.... Twee.
