Good, well done. Now I want you to imagine that you are walking throuhg a forest, this forest. Sense the trees around you. Look to your right. There is a pebble. I want you to concentrate ont he pebble, imagine that you are picking it up..

I'm seeing good success with this method...
keep concentrating on the pebble. Now... Open your eyes, and look to the right. I think you'll be pleasantly suprised..

With time and practise, you'll be amazed at what your powers can do. Try rpeating the same exercise without the meditation beforehand.
