I found the first paragraph with Warrick, Louis & Burgundy(the place) confusing.
Was Louis offering marriage directly to Warrick, deliberately fomenting a split in England, or was this an offer through Warrick, the Kingmaker, to marry Louis' daughter to Edward? Was the deal that Warrick's troops would attack Burgundy, or Edward(representing England in this case) to attack Burgundy?
Why was the Lancastrian Lord Rivers' opinion considered of consequence to anyone? Was he given high office when his daughter married the king?
Why was the marriage to the commoner Lancastrian bad politics? Weren't most Lancastrians dead by then, and shouldn't one try to marry one's enemy in order to quell civil unrest?

I've made some ammendments, which hopefully answer your queries.

Readeption simply means restoration. It's a slightly archaic word, but as it was used in the legal documents of the time, historians call Henry's second reign 'the Readeption'.

Actually, you've drawn my attention to a footnote that I meant to put in, but forgot (it is of course in there now) - thanx!

I'm intrigued (and you don't need to add this): did Rivers hold any titles or jobs (other than his own) as Edward's father-in-law?
Still not sure who 'they' is in Louis' offer to Warwick, though this reads better now.

yes indeed.
My only point is, could someone please dig out a map of England of that time? I'm getting slightly confused about who comes from Whatnotshire, moves on to Somebury and fights near Elseford etc, etc

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

As I said elsewhere, I'm subbing this too, at A1150417. I think it's just about finished - I'm having trouble finding links (not many words I can link things to!) but I didn't really put any in the other one I did so that shouldn't be a problem!
Anything you want to mention before I send it back?
