Centrifugal force can be a great re-assembler of assorted uncle traces and bits. Once reconstituted you might want to take him back to Galifrey and give yourselves time to get it all sorted.

Yes that's it! My imaginary dampers had inertialized my imagination. I was stuck in an infinite loop of un-imagining. Output was drained and Input was non-existant. Thanks for the push!
