bored, Werekitty runs off to 'play' with the mouse*

*jerks a piece of string near Werekitty's head*

*tail thrashes, and with a visible shudder, attempts to overcome her feline impulses, and maintain her dignity*

OH Damnit!!

*pounces at the string, but due to the shiney floos skids forward until she hits the nearest thing*

Ow!

*see's the tweeting birds going around Kitty's head and winces*

ouch

*snaps a hand out and grabs one of the birdies, which she then devours*

I'm never sure whether this is a good thing.

Werekitty I had a cat Smudge who was very fond of bringing to me dead birds. I would pick Smudge up and would get him to hit me with his paw.

Aaw... our cat once brought in a whole nest - babies, mum, the lot.

She probably thought it was the best gift you could give to anyone.

Our cat once brought in a big, fat pigeon.

Our big, fat, lazy cat brought in a week dead pigeon. Then gave us a proud expression.

I think he was trying to trick us into thinking he's caught it.

Our cat had a "where's my pigeon gone to" look when we'd thrown it away.

Then he sat and sulked for 5 vminutes, and then he had some breakfast.

sounds like mine when he's caught a butterfly and it flies off when he opens his mouth to eat it

Mine was washing herself yesterday, and when she looked up, she'd forgotten to pull her tongue in.
