Brilliant entry 
I've seen "Lorem ipsum..." in programs as diverse as PowerPoint and ClarisWorks, as two examples, but didn't know the origin of the text until just now.

I was wondering about links. The link to http://www.lipsum.com/ is a very good idea. What about links to http://www.letraset.com/ and http://www.adobe.com/ or [Unsuitable link removed by Moderator]/ ?

I first came across Lorum Ipsum &c when it was used as to fill books and letters used as props in theatrical productions
I never guessed that the origins of nonsense could be so involved
